· Premium Tech Support & Warranty Service For those of you who don’t have internal technicians that can support Microsoft Windows based products such as laptops, desktops and servers, biznuity offers each CT franchise premium tech support and warranty services. Biznuity is easy to do business with especially in the areas of supporting the troubleshooting process.
· Inventory Management You might be skeptical of stocking laptops and desktop computers but its an easy additional revenue stream that is still based on personal technology. Biznuity addresses this concern and encourages our CT clients to consider stocking Windows based products. We have implemented a 60 Day return policy with a $0.00 restocking fee. If a product cannot be sold within 60 days just simply contact your sales rep and request a return and they will apply the credit to your account and assist you in selecting a product that may be a better fit based on your market.
· Pre Sales Support Biznuity provides you with all the latest information regarding technology trends, Intel product roadmaps and the latest system configurations. All CT clients receive the benefits of the Platinum partnership that biznuity has with Intel which keeps us all informed of new technology way ahead of our competitors.
