Warranty Statement

Warranty terms for Biznuity Custom To Order (CTO) Laptops, Workstations and Servers.

Subject to the exclusions and limitations contained herein, Biznuity warrants to the purchaser of the Products (defined herein as the Biznuity PROSERIES branded systems and all of their various internal components and software delivered with or as part of the Products) to be delivered hereunder, if properly used and installed, will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will substantially conform to biznuity’s specifications for the period stated on the biznuity invoice or quote beginning the date the Product was purchased from Biznuity. This limited warranty applies only when Product is used with Biznuity installed components, and does not apply to issues or defects arising from the use of components not validated and provided by Biznuity for that Product. SOFTWARE OF ANY KIND DELIVERED WITH OR AS PART OF PRODUCTS IS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED “AS IS” UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR OTHERWISE IN ANY SOFTWARE LICENSE OR SUPPORT SLA ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE.

If the Product which is the subject of this Limited Warranty fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by this Limited Warranty, biznuity, at its option, will:

  • REPAIR the Product by means of hardware and/or software; OR
  • REPLACE the Product with another Product, OR, if biznuity is unable to repair or replace the Product,
  • REFUND the then-current fair market value of the Product at the time a claim for warranty service is made to biznuity under this Limited Warranty.

To receive the benefit of the foregoing warranty, (i) Buyer must follow biznuity’s return instructions; (ii) Buyer must promptly notify biznuity within the applicable warranty period that such Product is defective and must furnish an explanation of the deficiency; (iii) such Product must be returned to biznuity’s service facility at Buyer’s risk and expense; and (iv) biznuity must be satisfied that claimed deficiencies exist and were not caused by accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation or improper testing.

If such Product is verified as defective under the terms of this limited warranty, transportation charges for the return of repaired or replacement Product from Biznuity to Buyer within the USA will be paid by Biznuity. For all other locations, the warranty excludes all costs of shipping, customs clearance and other related charges. Biznuity will have a reasonable time to make repairs or to replace Product or to refund the then-current fair market value of the Product.


  • This warranty only applies to Biznuity original manufactured, Biznuity modified, and/or Biznuity refurbished equipment.
  • Equipment provided by Biznuity from other manufacturers (i.e. Lenovo, ASUS, Dell, HP, etc.) that is not modified are not subject to these terms and are subject to their respective warranty terms provided by their respective original equipment manufacturer. Biznuity shall make best efforts to assist the original purchaser on said equipment to service the perspective warranty provided by the original equipment manufacturer.
Extent of Limited Warranty
This limited warranty does NOT cover:
  • Any costs associated with the replacement or repair of the Product, including labor, installation or other costs incurred by you, and in particular, any costs relating to the removal or replacement of any individual components of products; OR
  • Damages due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing; OR
  • Any Product which has been modified or where the original product identification markings (trademark or serial number) has been removed, altered or obliterated from the Product.
  • Any Product that has been modified using components not validated and provided by biznuity for that Product
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

These warranties replace all other warranties, expressed or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. biznuity makes no expressed warranties beyond those stated here. biznuity disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties so this limitation may not apply. All expressed and implied warranties are limited in duration to the limited warranty period. No warranties apply after that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service for this Product, you may contact your original place of purchase in accordance with its instructions or you may contact Biznuity directly.

  • Be prepared to provide the following: Warranty tag number, or serial number. Your email address and telephone number. Your shipping address. Name of the product. Description of the problem.
  • Upon Biznuity’s verification that the Product is eligible for warranty service, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number and provided with instructions for returning the Product to the designated Biznuity service center. When you return the Product to the Biznuity service center, you must include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Biznuity will not accept any returned Product without an RMA number, or that has an invalid RMA number, on the package. You must deliver the returned Product to the designated Biznuity service center in the original or equivalent packaging, with shipping charges pre-paid, and assume the risk of damage or loss during shipment. Freight charges and/or handling fees may apply if the Product for which you are requesting warranty.
  • Services or products not sold via authorized distribution in your country/region, or if upon Biznuity’s inspection of the Product, it was determined that (a) the Product was not defective or (b) the damage to the Product is due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, abnormal, mechanical or environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, remark, repair, improper installation, or improper testing.   • Biznuity may elect to repair or replace the Product with either a new or reconditioned product or components, as Biznuity deems appropriate. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped to you within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the returned Product. If Biznuity elects to replace the Product, the returned Product shall become Biznuity’s property on receipt at the designated Biznuity return center. The repaired product is warranted under this written warranty and is subject to the same limitations and exclusions for thirty (30) days or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer. If Biznuity replaces the Product, the Limited Warranty period for the replacement Product will not be extended.
Standard Warranty Replacement (SWR)

The Standard warranty replacement (SWR) service is available to all Biznuity customers and partners.

  • Biznuity will ship out a replacement part on receipt of the non-functional or defective product based on availability.
  • Partner will ship the defective product UPS or FedEx to the biznuity depot at their own expense. The replacement product is shipped at biznuity’s expense
  • The maximum allowable number of units for replacement at any given time under SWR is 1 items.

Advanced Warranty Replacement (AWR)

The Biznuity AWR warranty service is a limited premium warranty benefit. This service is only available to qualifying Level members associated with Biznuity who meet the purchasing criteria.

  • The Biznuity AWR enables the shipment of in warranty replacement parts in advance.
  • You must return the non-functional or defective parts to Biznuity within 14 days of receiving the warranty replacement product.
  • The maximum allowable units for replacement at any given time under AWR is based on level of partnership.
  • Silver Gold and Platinum Level partners receive a prepaid return shipping label with the replacement product.

Biznuity's Terms and Conditions of Sale Apply

Except as amended hereunder, Biznuity’s standard terms and conditions of sale accompanying the Product shall apply to the Product.

Biznuity warranties that this product will perform to its published specifications. However, all computer systems are inherently subject to unpredictable system behavior under various environmental and other conditions. This product is not intended to be the sole source for any critical data and the user must maintain a verified backup. Failure to do so or to comply with other user notices in the specification documents may result in loss of or access to data.
