The Business Recovery Instantly by Cloud Solutions (BRICS) unit that acts as a local storage device for the server restoration images and acts as a gateway to allow the transmission of the server restoration data to our cloud solutions.

Supplemental Monitoring

Supplemental Monitoring of the BRICS unit, image updates and offsite data transfer. We engage the following alerts with notification to customer and/or IT pro.

Experienced Engineers

Engineers on stand-by to perform recoveries to current hardware, new hardware or cloud servers for the fastest recovery available. In most cases we are able to go from completely down, even with loss of hardware to a functional network within a day of customer approval.

bizRestore™

Biznuity’s unique capability to ship a pre-imaged server in the event of a disaster or hardware failure.
We have complete server hardware systems on stand-by available for purchase or rental for the quickest recovery possible. In the event of a complete hardware failure or catastrophe a pre-imaged network plug ready replacement server can be shipped as quickly as the same day.

End-to-End Encryption

Data is encrypted in real time and remains encrypted during the capture, transfer and storage of all server recovery images using 256 bit AES options.

bizRestore™

Biznuity’s unique capability to ship a pre-imaged server in the event of a disaster or hardware failure. Biznuity has pre-built servers on stand-by available for purchase. Your pre-imaged network plug-ready replacement server can then be shipped the same day. If the encrypted image is present at the bizRestore™ data-center, then the replacement server can be shipped with the latest saved image from the protected server.

Overview:
BRICStac™ is a secondary or multiple BRICS unit in another location replicating a source BRICS unit belonging to the same client. The server image can then be mirrored from one BRICS unit to another. The server image can then also be mirrored into cloud storage from the hot standby BRICStac™ location.

BRICStac™ provides a “Hot Standby” copy of the server image at a secondary location so if a disaster strikes there is no wait for data to come down from the cloud or to get it from a data-center.

Placement Options:
BRICStac™ can be placed anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection. For the most economical and rapid disaster recovery option, the recommended locations would be a branch office, a home office, or a company officer’s home. The BRICStac™ wide area network uses BRIClinq™ as a protocol to link a network of BRICS together. It is similar to FTP, but transmits at a higher throughput with less latency than FTP by evaluating when other WAN traffic is absent in order to efficiently transmit BRICS images updates.

Purchase Options:
BRICStac™ can be configured either as a subscription option or as a purchase option. The hardware and software can be configured either as a solution service and paid monthly, or the hardware and software can be purchased outright.

If you want to “create your own cloud”, we can consult and provide BRICS hardware using multiple BRICS, thereby eliminating the need to pay for monthly cloud storage charges. The BRICStac™ purchase can be the most economical option, but is also the least redundant. For additional redundancy and peace of mind, BRICloud™ option can be added.
